So - you set your goal, you want to __________ and thrive in your own life. How are you going to hold yourself accountable?
1) Create a structure for the goal. Maybe this is a check list, or coloring sheet, so you can mark the progress.
2) Carve out time for the goal. Block out a specific time in your calendar, so that other things don't crowd it out.
3) Create an environment where you can succeed. Maybe this is a study corner, a space to exercise, or a place where your project can stay laid out.
4) Accept your strengths and weaknesses. Ask for help where you need it, and don't be afraid to delegate tasks that take away from reaching your goal.
