Mindset MondayWhat BMI does not consider is your bone structure and body fat percentage.
So you could have a large bone structure and be muscular while also being considered overweight or even obese. The inverse is also true. You could have a small bone structure and very little muscle and be considered a healthy weight. A better indicator of overall health and predictor of illness is these two questions: 1) How much excess fat do I carry, and 2) Where do I carry it?
