Thriving ThursdaySomething that will bring deep joy to our life is taking on a project that will challenge us and cause us to grow. But this idea may seem daunting as we are already overwhelmed by our daily commitments.
Here's my suggestion. Schedule the most important things in your day first. Delegate what you can, and don't sweat the small stuff. I started back to school this week. I was able to do this by working evenings, and blocking off time each day on my calendar for school. I block my day into 4 segments: 6am-10am - self care, pet care, house care 10am-2pm - school and main meal prep 2pm-6pm - work 6pm-10pm- alternatively work (3 days a week) down time (3 days a week) One day a week I focus on family and friends, and just let the schedule go! Join me in discovering a rhythm to your day that works best for you.
