I have one goal as I work with clients: to help you reduce the number of stress responses in your body, and inversely increase relaxation responses.
This is done by quieting our mind and asking our body, "What do you need to heal? What are you saying 'no' to?" Then we must be still and listen.
When I asked my body this, the answer was obvious. I needed to work fewer hours and get a healthy rhythm back into my day. The other healthy things I did wouldn't matter until I brought rhythms back to my day that reduced the number of stress responses. Without doing this first, I would see little improvement in my symptoms.
