Daily Rhythms to Thrive By is a six week course that will help you map out the daily rhythms you live by now, set a vision for a rhythm that will help you thrive, then take practical steps to help you realize your vision. This course will be 1h a week either online, or in person at Manna, coupled with 15min exercises each day.
