The Key to Optimal Health is eating better food, not less. This is where I can help. When we work together I will help you choose foods that are nutrient rich. We will avoid processed foods, refined sugars, excess sodium, and reduce artificial additives and preservatives. When you say processed foods.. do you mean like breads and wraps.
How is that avoidable?
Are pre- made wraps from Walmart ok?

By processed food, I mean foods that don't look anything like the way it was found in nature. Remember that everyone has different nutritional needs. There is no blanket statement that is right for every person all the time.
I can tell you that bread and wraps are avoidable, I don't remember the last time I had a wrap, and a loaf of bread will last a month (gross) unless.... I buy a fresh hearty loaf... lol
Your way of eating will include bread and wraps, but if you look at the menu ideas, many meals are made without bread
