MAKING HEALTHY CHOICES THAT WORK FOR YOUYou already have the answer to many of the health questions that plague you, you just need to make space to listen to what your body is telling you. So often we do what we are "supposed to do" even though it only makes us feel worse.
Have you ever insisted on doing something because it worked for someone else? Perhaps you've thought, "My friend is a runner, and she is healthy, I should run." Or, "This superfood is all the rage, I should add it to my diet." Maybe you feel good when you run, or maybe you hate it and it takes you days to recover. Maybe that superfood adds to your energy, or maybe you have started feeling sluggish. Make space in your day to listen to your body, rather than just continuing to do things because they are supposed to be healthy.
