Let's start with a daily routineOne of the best ways to maintain healthy change is to find a daily routine that works well for you, and stick to it. Our bodies like rhythm and routine.
Here is a loose routine that is becoming my norm: Wake up just before sunrise (2am-6am) - prayer and meditation Eat first meal and exercise (6am-10am) - I alternate between warming and cooling foods, depending on where I am in my cycle - I like to do a 15min yoga flow, a HIIT workout, then 15 min of stretching and foam rolling Eat biggest meal of the day (10am-2pm) - Both my husband and I are home right now, so this is working really well Study and Work (2pm-6pm) - This is when I schedule the bulk of my business tasks, and greenhouse development Light Supper and Unwind (6pm-10pm) - I schedule simple work tasks, socialization with family and friends at this time - Go to bed as soon as sleepy Deep Sleep (10pm - 2am) - after 2am, sleep becomes lighter, you are more likely to dream, get up tp pee etc. I am not ridged with my day, but keeping a rhythm really helps my body to anticipate what comes next and prepare for it.
