Weekly Plan Wednesdays
As you plan your week, consider this: Why do you want to be healthy?
Write your answer down somewhere you can see it. What are the 3 main things you need to do to fulfill your "WHY"?
Make sure you have blocked time in your week for each of those 3 things. Plan the rest of your week around them.
Here is my example:
I want to be healthy so that I can live a healthy active life with my grandchildren.
The 3 main things I need to be able fulfill this are:
1) move without pain for a sustained amount of time
2) sleep well
3) travel without worry of disease or sickness
Therefore when I plan I my week I will block time to:
1) attend CrossFit
2) create a healthy sleep routine
3) fuel my body with highly nutritious food
